Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeey.

So...it's been about 3 weeks since Otakon, and I haven't written anything about it. 8'D
Well...here it goes!

I left Massachusetts with :iconxladieluck: Thursday morning, and we took the bus down to Maryland. The bus ride was fun, but we didn't like how we had to make a stop in New York and go through some pretty stupid things along the way. Other than that, we made it to Balitmore. Ladie's friend picked us up and brought us to our hotel where we met my fabulous friends :icontorturebunni: :iconchhichhichan: and :iconovernightsiren: . I LOVED staying with them that weekend. All the shenanigans...so fun! x3 They were the best roommates ever!

Otakon on Friday, I cosplayed Korra from Legend of Korra. I haven't cosplayed a female character since Boston's Zombie March in May 2011 as Police!Stocking from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. Cosplaying Korra was a lot of fun. Now, I didn't go to any panels, but I did go to the Dealers Room, but I got very tired throughout the day. Aside from the 3 photoshoots I had, I honestly slept in my Korra cosplay before one of the photoshoots. I've never been this tired at a con ever. O___O

Saturday at Otakon, it was Final Fantasy day~! My princess, :icondaggerhime: , came over to my hotel room and helped me with my Zidane cosplay. I actually forgot my stuff to bind my chest so luckily my princess let me borrow hers. ;v; All day Saturday was full of epicness in these cosplays. We met up with so many great cosplayers, we meet Little Kuriboh (again, lol.) and we it was awesome to know that he was a big fan of Final Fantasy IX! 8D Here's the pic he took of us! twitter.com/yugiohtas/status/2…
In the evening, the Final Fantasy IX group came together, and it awesome to finally have everyone together. It was the first time for me, and it made me very very happy. Sadly we couldn't have a photoshoot, BUT...there is always next time. :3 Afterwards some of us had dinner together and it was the highlight of my Saturday. I love everyone in the group and I can't wait to see them all again!

Sunday...not much happened. Ladie and I just had our stuff all packed, went into the convention center to find last minute things in the Dealers Room and Artist Alley. Then we left and we were on our way home.

Otakon in general was just amazing and super fun! It really reminded me a lot of Anime Expo. Everyone I met, you are all amazing and I hope to see you all again! I'm happy to know that we will be going back next year! We're also happy that it falls in between our birthdays~ x3

For the rest of this year, my next conventions are NYCC and AAC. Those are going to be the craziest two weeks of the year, especially with the Zelda Symphony Orchestra concert happening the day before AAC. w@ It'll be good. I'm already starting to work on my new cosplay, Naoto Shirogane from Persona 4, for NYCC and AAC and remaking Marik Ishtar from YGO. At AAC, I do have an Artist Alley table with :icondaggerhime: , so please drop by and say hello and buy some stuff! This will conclude he rest of 2012. In 2013, things will pick again in February with Katsucon. There I will be having my most intense cosplay I will be making...Ion Fortuna from Trinity Blood. Ladie will be there with me as Astharoshe Asran. Such difficult cosplays, but it will be worth it.

That's all I have for you all. See you all again near the events of NYCC and AAC!
