Hi! I'm not here as often as I should, and I'm not entirely certain if I will. I will be uploading some things here and there. Hello everyone~
I live! OvO
I honestly have not been on DA in such a very long time. Lots of things have happen in life and now I can try to be a little more active on here. We'll see how that goes. I am still working on cosplays and I do have some art I could submit on here. With the artwork, we'll see how that goes too. My next convention is Otakon this August. I now have 2 Korra outfits that I'll be bringing over, as well as a couple new cosplays! One is Tetra from The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. She is going to be such a super fun cosplay. The other cosplay I am bringing is Velma from Scooby Doo! Velma is just some simple and it's going to be something I'm possibly going to wear in the evening at the con. If you wanna see any of my update, I am more active on Facebook. I'll leave a link here down below:

Hello ya'll~
It's been a LONG while. Sorry about that. I just have not been on DeviantArt at all. Not gonna lie, I've been having trouble keeping up with this and other websites. I'm usually on Facebook and I do recommend to follow my FB page since I do sometimes update it, but I can see and respond to messages a lot easier there. I guess you can say that I'm a FB addict. I'm on my personal account all the time. :3

Let me update on things that happened since my last journal...
PAX EAST 2013...I went on Saturday and that was a lot of fun! :3 I cosplayed Lil'T from Dance Central. I was hanging out with amazing Dance Central characters. We had Taye(my big sis
), Mo, Glitch, Jaryn, and Kerith (twins were cosplayed by the amzing 
). Having 3 crews was just awesome. We all hung out at the Dance Central booth and showed off our moves. It was such a pleasure meeting all of them and I hope to see them at a future convention.
ANIME BOSTON 2013...my ninth year attending and it was honestly the best year I have ever had at this convention. I wished I got to see more of my friends, but there is always next year! I was in both the Cosplay Death Match and Cosplay Chess again this year. This time...I was Korra from The Legend of Korra. Seriously...SO MUCH FUN~
Summer 2013...so far, it has it's ups and downs. Looking for a new job, but while I do that, I have the privilege to spend time with friends, family, and my boyfriend. I've been working out a lot more than before and as of now...I have lost 15 lbs since Katsucon. I've also been doing photoshoots with a friend who is getting into cosplay photography. I will be sharing pictures that she took on DA. There will be more photoshoots of most of my cosplays in the next few weeks, or at least before she goes back to school.
I went to Boston Comic Con last weekend with my friends and I cosplayed as Storm from X-Men. I have not worn her since Katsucon and my goodness do I look a lot slimmer wearing that cosplay. I've never been so happy with my body, and I am looking forward for when I lose more weight and achieve my goal. BCC was so much fun. Being with my friends definitely made the experience worth it, we got to talk to fellow artists in the Boston area, and we even got to meet the amazing Yaya Han. We'll most likely be coming back to BCC next year.
I will not be going to Otakon...I am too broke to even go. So for my friends who are going, please have a lot of fun and I hope things are drama free this year. You all deserve a break and all the fun you can get.
Luckily, at home, I have extra favorite and materials to work with to make some cosplays. For fun, I am making saiyan armor for a possible Vegeta cosplay in the future. I have most of my materials to make my Book 2 Korra cosplay. I made a shirt all by myself! 8D I am very proud of myself. ;v;
Speaking of cosplays, I do have some new cosplays from now until Anime Boston 2014. I'm going to attending Another Anime Convention(AAC) this October and I'll be debuting my revamp version of Marik Ishtar from Yu-Gi-Oh. I will be working on 2 different outfits for my Teen Gohan cosplay. I'm so happy I get to cosplay from DBZ finally. I've been wanting to cosplay from the series for quite a while. If I am able to go to Fanime, I will be making Trance Zidane from Final Fantasy 9(Dissidia version). We'll have to see though since I might be moving to California next year. If Fanime won't happen, then I will be working on Emeralda from Xenogears with my boyfriend as Id. I've been borrowing his copy of the game, while he has my copy of Final Fantasy 9, and I fucking love this game.

Katsucon 19 Report and Upcoming plans!

HELLO~
SO...KATSUCON...IT WAS AWESOME. Seriously, this convention was a lot of fun. I got to see many of my friends that I miss dearly and I even met some new ones. They have all made my weekend. The location of this convention is just jaw dropping. It's beautiful. I will most definitely be returning to Katsucon next year. I can't just say no! It is now my favorite convention!
Now for some upcoming plans...I have been looking into what other conventions I will like to attend and if I can afford it. So far, I have PAX East next month as well as Anime Boston in May. I'm still looking into seeing if I can go to a summer convention. I would really like to go to one, especially Otakon since 1) I enjoyed it and 2) I have quite a handful of friends who will be going there and it will be amazing to hang out with them, cosplay together, and explore the convention. Otakon is still a maybe since I might be going on vacation to the Dominican Republic. We shall see~
In the next couple months I might be posting some fanart that I've been working on for the Artist Alley for Anime Boston with my lovely princess,
. We got some awesome stuff to sell at the convention!
I have gotten photos for both my Korra and Storm cosplay from Katsucon. I will be posting them here on DA once I get permission from the photographers.
Actually, when it comes to cosplays, I am working on a cosplay for PAX East. I am working on Lil'T from the Dance Central 3. This is a fun simple cosplay and I am excited to wear her to PAX. I'll most likely be around the Harmonix booth and play their game in character. :3 It'll be fun. For Anime Boston, I am starting to finalized what I will be bringing and what I will be making. So far, Korra is a definite and I will have my bf as Bolin. All the Borra feels~ I will have Misaki from Junjou Romantica and I am part of a group and we have all the main characters! I will be remaking my Marik cosplay since I do miss cosplaying him and I wanna make my cosplay look nicer since it is old and the one I made was kinda rushed. Other than that, if I get to enter the Hall Cosplay Contest, I will be finishing up my cosplay of Haseo in his Xth form. I would like to be able to finish him whenever I can since I did put a lot of work on him and he's not done. I hope to get him done soon!
That is all I have and I'll probably send out an update after PAX East! :3

Upcoming convention plans 2013!

Hello everyone!
How's the new year going? :3 Mines is just absolutely fabulous. It's going a lot better than I have expected.
Recently, I have been working on cosplay little by little, but I have been working at my school job and getting sick. I swear, being around kids AND having this cold, crazy weather does not go well with me. Hopefully it'll go away soon.
Now, I have a set of convention that I will be attending up till the Spring and late summer.
Next month...I will be at Katsucon 2013 at National Harbor, MD. This my first time going and I will be staying with my partner in crime
and two amazing ladies 
and 
. This is my first time going to Katsucon and I am very VERY excited! I hope to have a lot of fun and meet a lot of people. :3
Here are my cosplay plans:
Friday: Korra (Legend of Korra) with jacket
Saturday: Storm (X-Men)
This will be the first time I will only be wearing female cosplays. No crossplaying for once! It'll be okay. I'll be crossplaying again for another con. ;3
My next convention will be PAX East. I've never been to PAX before and I am only going on Saturday. I am still uncertain if I'll be cosplaying or not. There will be an update later.
Anime Boston will be next! It is now on Memorial Day weekend, which makes my days off from work so much easier. Btw, this is my 9th time attending Anime Boston....yep, it's been that long, lol. I'm still thinking about what cosplays to bring. For now, Korra is a definite, as well as Marik from YGO. I might be doing Misaki from Junjou Romantica and possibly Mokuba fro YGO. We shall seeeeeeee~
That's all I'll be talking about when it comes to conventions. I'm still planning the rest of the year. Oh, and there is only one definite convention for next year. In 2014, I will be going to Fanime. It's been about 3 years since I've been to California and I would love to go back and see old friends and make new ones. It will be quite the adventure.
